Calls upon calls. Emails upon emails. Schedules upon schedules. Research upon research. Weeks have been flying by at Clover Connection Consulting and we are moving at a pace that we’ve never expected. It’s as if Flight of the Bumblebee is continuously playing in all of our heads. All of the team members have clearly been understanding the urgency of our tasks and deadlines and keep moving one step at a time. Yes, there have been some setbacks due to scheduling and unfortunate rejections, but it hasn’t been steps back for any member of the team. This is because we know our mistakes and we move past them quickly. The team has been working efficiently to finish the interview process as it overlaps with the beginning of the focus group process. Don’t take that step back. Don’t say it’s impossible. Find a way and make it work.

 

Although we all are pretty overwhelmed, we continue to move forward in each position that we hold. Our company culture and communication has grown tremendously, leadership has made a huge impact, and Clover Connection Consulting has become a “we.”  It has been a drastic change since the beginning and it shows in every meeting. This is what it boils down to. This is what we are working to achieve. A great company and a successful communication audit.

 

So, you’re sitting and waiting for that one moment to sit back and breathe… Don’t worry, it will come. And once it comes, I’m sure you’ll be proud. You’ll all be proud.
